I’m a writer and journalist currently making a home in the bustling metropolis that is London. From east coast Canada, I spend my time writing and working in the luxury and superyacht market in the UK and abroad.

A lover of the paleo ethos, I started TayTayleo Foods to share my love of the food and baking with those around me (and also to refrain from eating the lot on my own).

I take any and all opportunities to get out on my bike and cycle with my London club. There is no feeling that is comparable to the wind in your hair and completely exhausting yourself on a ride.

I’ll never pass on: good espresso, an excuse for bubbles, tucking into a good book, or time spent with good friends.
